By Booking a Tee Time Online or Over the Phone you agree to the following guidelines:

 

Please click the button below to reserve your Tee Time at South Wales Golf Course.  Any players booking on our website are responsible for the listed “Golf Rates” for their reservation and the number of golfers they reserve. 

Online reservations do require a minimum group size of two players unless you join an already existing group.  All twosome golfers will be paired up with other golfers at the discretion of South Wales.  Single golfers are required to call the Pro Shop for a reservation. Single golfers will be paired with other golfers, unless we can find a Tee Time to schedule you in.

  

Pairing Policy:  In an effort that all golfers can enjoy a round of golf, all singles & twosomes are subject to being paired with other players at the discretion of the golf course.  Singles are not permitted to book a Tee Time online. Single Golfers are required to call the pro shop the day you want to play to see what Tee Time may be available.

 

Weekends & Holiday Morning Tee Times: Twosome players scheduling only 2 players on a Saturday, Sunday & Holiday morning Tee Time must call the Pro Shop for a Tee Time. Please note, you may be subject to availability and to playing with other golfers.

 

Players with Guest: Any player setting up a Tee Time for a group must list the other players names at the time the Tee Time is booked.

 

Cancellation Policy:  Tee Times must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the Tee Time.  Failure to do so may result in suspended online privileges for future reservations.

 

No Show Policy:  Payment is required for all players/guest listed on a reservation unless cancelled or modified at least 24 hours prior to your Tee Time. 

 

Late Afternoon Tee Times: No 18 Hole play will be permitted 3-1/2 hours before our scheduled closing. Our closing hours are listed on our website.
